On March 11, the mobilization meeting and team building activities of Dancing Fireworks were successfully held.
 
First of all, General Manager Ms. Zhong Juan gave a speech, conveying the overall plan and development direction of Dancing in 2021 to colleagues,





encouraging and spurring all employees to take a more proactive attitude and go all out to focus on sales to achieve the company's business plan and personal career development goals.
 
Each department and factory receives the 2021 "Target Responsibility Letter"Then, sales, production, and technical representatives spoke in turn.

They spoke on the company's operations, team improvement, production management, and annual goals, so that employees could better understand the company's plans and work together for common goals.
 
Finally, the chairman Mr. Zhong Ziqi encouraged all employees to work hard to seek new chapters to promote the continuous development of the group and to make unremitting efforts to realize the dream of win-win.

At the same time, the heads of all factories and departments are required to make proper arrangements for various tasks in 2021, and put forward specific requirements for the tasks that need to be completed in the near future.
 
For more than 20 years, Dancing people have adhered to their mission and participated in the growth and development of Dancing Fireworks Group.
 
After the mobilization meeting, the team building activities were carried out smoothly in Liuhe First Bay, which exercised team’s thinking and collaboration.

Our teams have successfully finished three games: "Challenge No.1", “Beads Traveling Thousand Miles” and "Power Circle".

After the warm-up, we were divided into eight teams. Each team elected a leader through democratic voting. And each team designed a team name, slogan, and team flag.

The First Game “Challenge No.1”
 
Facing a completely unfamiliar project, we felt confused at the beginning or even impossible to start,

but when everyone in our team participated with all their energies and everyone cooperated with each other, we perfectly completed the task we had to challenge.

At that moment, we all felt excited and also proud. This is the strength of the team and the collective wisdom.
 
The Second Game “Beads Traveling Thousand Miles”
 
Everyone is united, everything can be successful. The strength of the team can never be underestimated. As long as each person pays a little,

the team's overall ability that is ultimately displayed far exceeds the collection of individual abilities. I believe that the family members of Dancing will always twist together and work hard towards the same goal.
 
The Third Game “Power Circle”
 
Trust is mutual. For team members, it is necessary to trust others at the same time. At this time, we have forgotten the identity and position, the gender, and the age.

Through this game, our team has demonstrated a good mental outlook, a firm sense of obedience and a tenacious fighting spirit.
 
The highlight of this team building activities is cooking together. We need to make a meal by ourselves.

In the process of cooking, the team members cooperated with each other, and united with each other, so that all members got the joy of doing it by themselves. Just as the saying goes, one person is not busy collecting firewood, many hands make light.
